Read the instructions carefully before installation!

Specialists by who the responsibility in case of any unqualified treatments will be taken over should make installation and starting the operation.

Unprofessional installation is not acceptable!

Installation must be made according to the national regulations for the electric distribution system.

In case of damaging the heating mat during the warranty, the manufacturer carries no responsibility for any arising costs connected to the re-installation.

Heating mat must be installed in flooring mixture (f.e. flexible adhesive putty, thermo-resistant auto-levelling putty) and fully covered by the flooring (f.e. tile floor).

The heating mat must be, when installed, correctly orientated with the heating cable upwards.

The heating cable must not be damaged, overloaded or shortened when adjusting the mat. Also beware of falling any sharp objects on the cable.

The heating mat must not be attached by nails, screws or any sharp objects. All necessary steps must be made to prevent from breaking or folding the heating mat.

The heating cables must not touch. The bending mean must not be less than 3 cm.

The installation temperature of the surrounding must not be less than 10 °C.

The heating mat must not be displayed under the temperature more than 70 °C.

Dilatation of the floor materials must be considered if the installation area is bigger than 20 m², or the diagonal is longer than 7m. The heating mat must not cross dilatation gaps. If needed it should be placed in protective conduit.

Any electric conductor must not cross the heating mat. The minimum mutual distance is 5cm.

It is necessary to measure the values of the heating cable during the installation according to the instructions.

The manufacturer carries no responsibility for any mechanical damage after the sale (mechanical overloading, calamity).

It is impossible to make holes, attach objects or to drill in places where the heating mat is installed.

Heating emission must be unlimited! To prevent the possible damage of the heating cable, do not place any large and weighty objects where the heating mat is installed.

The max. thermal resistance between the mat and the room must not be more than 0,12 m² KW-1. The seller should recommend you the best suitable map for the used flooring to prevent you from buying incorrect type. The covering material must be at least 5 mm.

Do not use the heating mat earlier than 72 hours after installation.

The heating Mat HAKL TF is especially suited for operation in dry areas as a complementary source of heat.

The heating mat must be connected through the Residual Current Device (RCD) whit the residual current exceeded no more than 30 mA, or alternatively through separating transformer.

Place the production label with the position map near the control panel.

Any mending should be provided by the specialists approved by the services of the company HA-KL Ltd.

The manufacturer suggests to use the Electric Heating Mat HAKL TF 100 under wooden or laminate flooring where the "thermo shock" is prevented due to easier thermo adaptability of the parquet.

The Electric Heating Mat HAKL TF 150 is suitable for direct heating under unglazed floor tile or earthenware tile. This mat is suggested for places with short-term stay (bathrooms, halls, etc.)
